Pre Planning:
Initial Consultation | Budget Management
Our journey together begins with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your vision, preferences, and priorities. We get to know you as a couple and understand the unique elements that will make your day truly special. From here we will start to establish a realistic budget that aligns with your vision.
Phase 1: Planning Elements
Venue Sourcing | Logistics Management | Vendor Sourcing
Our team will start this phase by searching for venues that align with your style, budget, and guest list. Once your venue is locked in and confirmed we move onto creating a detailed run-sheet and floor-plan, outlining the timing and layout for every aspect of your day. Your non -negotiable and your main vendors are locked in during this planning phase.
Phase 2: Event Design
Styling Concepts | Design Board | Styling Team Sourced
This is the phase where we focus on the look and feel of the event. Your vision board gets refined and we start creating your styling concepts. Upon approval your design board goes into production and your styling vendors are sourced and locked in!
Phase 3: Coordination
Final Meetings | Vendor Management | Event Brief
This phase is all about finalising your run sheet and event brief, making final changes to the floor-plans, seating charts, tying up loose ends and confirming details with your venue and vendors.
Phase 4: Bump In Management
Bump in Management | Wedding Day Management
During this phase our focus shifts to ensuring every element comes together seamlessly. Your planner will oversee the setup and production of your wedding day, managing the arrival and installation of all vendors and deliveries. On the day itself we will be on-site to manage the flow of the day and any issues that may arise.
Phase 5: Bump Out Management
Bump Out Management | Hire Items Returned | Venue Handover
The final phase of our wedding planning process is all about ensuring a seamless and stress-free conclusion to your special day. This phase is all about the logistics of wrapping up. Your planner will ensure the venue is returned to its original state, meeting all the venue's handover requirements.
